Any vacancy on the Advisory Board, until the proceeds of any such
bonds have been expended, shall be filled by appointment made by
the members of the Calvert County Delegation in the Senate and
House of Delegates of Maryland.

THE ADVISORY BOARD SHALL MEET AND ORGANIZE AS
NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE FROM TIME TO TIME IN THE
DISCRETION OF ITS MEMBERS.

THE INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF CALVERT COUNTY, THE BOARD OF
EDUCATION OF CALVERT COUNTY AND THE ADVISORY
BOARD HEREIN CREATED SHALL ASSEMBLE FROM TIME
TO TIME AND DECIDE BY A MAJORITY VOTE OF ALL THE
SAID PERSONS WHO ARE PRESENT AS TO THE SELECTION
AND COST OF SITES, DESIGNATION OF PROJECTS, AWARD-
ING OF CONTRACTS, AND SELECTION OF EQUIPMENT FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, REMODELING AND
EQUIPPING OF SCHOOLS AND SCHOOL FACILITIES UNDER
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT. IF A MAJORITY OF THOSE
