Arundel County", sub-title "Trespassing", said new section to follow
immediately after Section 595 thereof, and to read as follows:

595A. Any person who shall shoot, fire or discharge any firearm,
gun, rifle, pistol, airgun, B-B gun or other contrivance which expels
any missile or missiles of mechanical means in Anne Arundel County
within 100 yards of any house, residence or other building or camp,
occupied by human beings, or any barn, stable or other building com-
monly used by human beings, for any purpose without the express
permission of the owner, occupant, or lessee thereof, shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined not more than
twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and court costs.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 348
(House Bill 611)

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners of
Calvert County to borrow upon the faith and credit of said County
an amount or amounts not exceeding Two Million Dollars ($2,000,-
000.00), and to issue bonds therefor, for the construction, altera-
tion, remodeling and equipping of schools and school facilities in
Calvert County, and for the acquisition of sites therefor; creating
an Advisory Board of residents of the Coun
ty with a directive
power as to all such matters
CREATING AN ADVISORY BOARD
OF CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF THE COUNTY AND PRO-
VIDING FOR THE POWERS AND DUTIES THEREOF IN
CONNECTION WITH THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF THE COUNTY, AND THE BOARD OF EDUCA-
TION OF THE COUNTY; and providing for the levy of taxes in
Calvert County for the payment of principal and interest on such
bonds, and/or the pledging of the proceeds of the School Building
Incentive Fund and of certain other monies for such purposes.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the County Commissioners of Calvert County be and they are
hereby authorized and empowered to borrow at one time, or from
time to time, on the faith and credit of said County, a sum or sums
not exceeding in the aggregate Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00),
and to issue and sell bonds therefor, the proceeds thereof to be used
for the construction, alteration, remodeling and equipping of schools
and school facilities in Calvert County, and for the acquisition of
sites therefor, and to pay all expenses, including advertising, print-
ing, and legal fees, incurred in the issuance and sale of any bonds
