485A. (a) There is hereby created and established in the First
Election District of Anne Arundel County a special roads and taxing
district to be known as the ''Triton Beach Roads and Taxing District",
The boundaries of the said District shall be the boundaries of the
property which by deed dated October 11, 1941, was conveyed by
Stephen H. Ford and Louise E. Ford, his wife, to the Southern Mary-
land Development Company, Inc., and recorded among the land
records of Anne Arundel County in Liber J. H. H. 244, Folio 406, and
now known as Triton Beach.

(b)  The County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County are hereby
authorized to levy a special tax upon all of the assessable property
located within the said "Triton Beach Roads and Taxing District",
of not more than Five Cents (5¢) on each One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) of assessable property.

(c)  The proceeds of said tax and all funds allocable to the said
District under the provisions of sub-section (2) (b) of Section 390
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947
Edition) and any other funds allocable to the said District for the
maintenance, construction, repair and re-construction of roads within
the said District shall be kept in a special fund and accumulated and
and be used for the following purposes:

(1)  First for the re-construction of the present County Roads
running through the said District from the intersection of the inter-
section of the said County Road with the County Road running to
Mayo Beach and to the point where the County Road running through
Triton Beach bends to run to Saunders Point Beach.

(2)  Secondly, for the repair and maintenance of said section of
County Road described in (a)
(1) above.

(3) Thirdly, for the construction and maintenance of additional
roads required in the said District.

(d)  Any portion of the special fund established hereunder unex-
pended at the end of any year shall be carried over from year to year
and accumulated for the above purposes and the amount carried over
from year to year shall be so shown in the annual budget for Anne
Arundel County.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.
