ing the public generally that all taxes which are not paid on or
before the first day of February next succeeding the date of such
notice, will be collected by advertisement and sale, as provided for
by law. Each of the said newspapers so designated as aforesaid shall
be allowed the sum of ten dollars per annum for publishing the two
aforesaid notices.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 329
(Senate Bill 533)

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 66C of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956 Supplement), title "Natural
Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-
heading "Regulations for Taking of Game and Fresh Water Game
Fish in Non-Tidal Waters", said new section to be known as
Section 210B and to follow immediately after Section 210A there-
of, establishing a live-bait dealer's license in Frederick County,
providing rates, regulations and penalties therefor.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 66C of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition and 1956 Supplement),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland Water
Fish", sub-heading "Regulations for Taking of Game and Fresh
Water Game Fish in Non-Tidal Waters", said new section to be
known as Section 210B, and to follow immediately after Section
210A thereof, and to read as follows:

210B. (a) (Live-Bait Dealer's License.) Any person desiring to
sell live-bait in Frederick County shall make application to the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said county for a live-bait dealer's license,
the cost of which shall be Ten Dollars ($10.00) a year. The applica-
tion shall be in such form as the Game and Inland Fish Commission
may prescribe and shall contain an affidavit signed by the applicant
that he is a resident of Frederick County. The Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Frederick County or his agent, is authorized to issue to the
applicant a license to be supplied to said Clerk by the Director. The
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Frederick County shall retain as com-
pensation for issuing the above licenses the sum of twenty-five (25c)
and shall on the first day of July, 1957, and on the first day of each
and every month thereafter transmit to the Game and Inland Fish
Commission of the State all monies received by him for licenses, and
such funds shall be accounted for by the said Commission to the
Comptroller of the State.
