CHAPTER 187
(House Bill 452)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 414 and 415 of Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's
County", sub-title, "Surveyor", repealing certain obsolete sections
relating to the Surveyor in Queen Anne's County.

Whereas, These sections relate to a County Surveyor and his
duties and since there has been no such person for many years, these
sections should be repealed.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 414 and 415 of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County",
sub-title "Surveyor", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

CHAPTER 188
(House Bill 453)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 173 and 174 of Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen
Anne's County", sub-title "Circuit Court", repealing provisions
relating to the terms of the Circuit Court of Queen Anne's County.

Whereas, These sections have become unnecessary as terms of
court will be regulated by rule of the court and should therefore be
repealed.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 173 and 174 of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County", sub-
title "Circuit Court", be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.
