legany County and being obsolete and of no further effect.
Whereas, Sections 528 to 545, inclusive, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Allegany County concern the payment of salaries to
teachers and principals in that County; and
Whereas, this subject now is entirely covered in the State Code
so that these sections are obsolete and of no further effect; now
therefore
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 528 to 545, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Allegany County (1955 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County", sub-title
"Schools", sub-heading "Teachers—Salaries", be and they are here-
by repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to repeal Section 524 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Allegany County (1955 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County", sub-title
"Schools", sub-heading "Teachers—Pensions", said section relat-
ing to the application of the said sub-heading to certain teachers
employed at Maryland State Normal School No. 2 and being
obsolete.
Whereas, Section 524 of the Allegany County Code relates to
pension privileges of teachers employed at one of the State Normal
School as of April 8,1912; and
Whereas, this section is now obsolete and should be repealed; now
therefore
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 524 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany
County (1955 Edition, being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Allegany County", sub-title "Schools",
sub-heading "Teachers—Pensions", be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.
