To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:
I, Blanchard Randall, Secretary of State of the State of
Maryland, pursuant to the direction contained in Section 210 of
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition) DO
hereby certify, That at the General Election held in the State of
Maryland on November 6, 1956, an Act known as Chapter 410 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1955, was submitted
to the voters of the Seventh Election District of Prince George's
County, Maryland (Queen Anne), for their adoption or rejection
under the provisions of Chapter 410 of the Acts of 1955, said Act
being as follows:
"An Act relating to the fire tax rate and division of proceeds
thereof, in the 7th Election District (Queen Anne) Prince
George's County, Maryland."
and I do certify, that at said election 124 votes were cast in favor
of the adoption of Chapter 410 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1955, and 59 votes were cast against the adoption of said Chapter
410, and a majority of the votes being cast in favor of the adoption
of Chapter 410 of the Acts of 1955, the said Act has been ratified by
the voters of the Seventh Election District of Prince George's County,
Maryland.

(Secretary of Annapolis, this 26th day of November, 1956.
