the respective counties comprising the Congressional District in
which such vacancy may exist.

(c) Residence of Candidate. Every candidate for election to the
House of Representatives shall be a resident of the Congressional
District in which he seeks election.

159.  Number of Districts. This State shall be divided into seven
districts for the choosing of seven representatives in the Congress
of the United States, which will be numbered respectively from one
to seven.

160.   First Congressional District. The First Congressional Dis-
trict shall be composed of Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Kent, Queen
Anne's, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico and Worcester Counties, and
shall be entitled to choose one Representative in the House of Repre-
sentatives.

161.   Second Congressional District. The Second Congressional
District shall be composed of Baltimore, Carroll and Harford Coun-
ties, and shall be entitled to choose one Representative in the House
of Representatives.

162.  Third Congressional District. The Third Congressional Dis-
trict shall be composed of the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth,
Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Twenty-second, Twenty-third and Twenty-
fourth Wards of Baltimore City, and the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth,
Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Precincts of the Eighteenth Ward of
Baltimore City, the First to the Twenty-fifth Precincts, inclusive, of
the Twenty-sixth Ward and the First Precinct of the Twenty-seventh
Ward, as said wards are numbered by the Act of 1901, Chapter 8,
and as said wards and precincts are presently laid out, and shall be
entitled to choose one Representative in the House of Representatives.

163.   Fourth Congressional District. The Fourth Congressional
District shall be composed of the Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth,
Thirteenth, Fourteenth, Seventeenth, Nineteenth and Twentieth
Wards of Baltimore City, and the First and Second Precincts of the
Eighteenth Ward of Baltimore City, the Twentieth

B to the Twenty-sixth A Precincts, inclusive, and the Thirty-third

and as said wards and precincts are presently laid out, and shall be
entitled to choose one Representative in the House of Representatives.

164.   Fifth Congressional District. The Fifth Congressional Dis-
trict shall be composed of the Twelfth to the Nineteenth Precincts,
inclusive, of the Twenty-fifth Ward of Baltimore City, as presently
laid out, and of Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, Howard,
Prince George's and St. Mary's Counties, and shall be entitled to
choose one Representative in the House of Representatives.

165.   Sixth Congressional District. The Sixth Congressional Dis-
trict shall be composed of Allegany, Frederick, Garrett, Montgomery
and Washington Counties, and shall be entitled to choose one Repre-
sentative in the House of Representatives.
