certified copy of any such order granted by the court shall be de-
livered to said Supervisors, who shall thereupon make the required
corrections upon the proper registers and under the head of "Re-
marks" note the same was made under such order of the court.

(e) Appeals. Exceptions may be taken to any ruling of the Court
at the hearing of any such petition and appeal allowed to the Court
of Appeals. Any appeal shall be taken within five days from the date
of the decision complained of and the appeal shall be heard and
decided by the Court of Appeals as soon after the transmission of the
record as practicable.

47.   Copies of Registration Lists. (a) Cost. The Boards of Super-
visors shall furnish to any one making written application therefor,
within ten days after such application has been received, a certified
copy, under their hands, of the names, addresses, color and ages of
all persons registered in any election precinct or district of said
county, for the sum of one-half cent for each voter's name on the
registry. Any such application must be filed at least twenty days
prior to a primary election and at least thirty days prior to a
general election.

(b) New Registrants. The Boards of Supervisors shall also furnish
the names, addresses, color and ages of all new registrants in any
election precinct or district in any current year for the sum of one-
half cent for each voter's name on the registry.

(C) THE ABOVE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL
NOT APPLY TO BALTIMORE CITY.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS IN BALTIMORE CITY

48.    Registration Cards. (a) Voter's Identification Card. In
Baltimore City, at the time of registration, a card with the name
and address of the voter inserted, and certifying to the ward and
precinct in which such voter is registered shall be signed by one of
the members of the board of registry and the voter. Such card shall
be prima facie evidence that such voter has been properly registered.
If any person is found to have registered more than once, the addi-
tional registration forms shall be cancelled by the board. The board
shall have the authority to issue duplicate voters9 identification cards,
to be stamped "Duplicate" and not to require the signature of the
board.

(b) Temporary Certificate of Registration. A temporary certifi-
cate of registration shall be issued in Baltimore City to any person
at the time he shall offer to vote in a general election, even though a
record of his registration is not in the binder of registered voters
delivered to the judges of election, if his name appears on the list of
registered voters for the precinct at which he may offer to vote, if
he has some reasonable means of identifying himself as such person,
and if a majority of the judges of election agree to the issue of such
temporary certificate. Such a certificate shall then entitle the holder
to vote at such election, as if his name had been included in the binder
of registered voters for such precinct.

49.    Supplemental Registration. In the year 1958, and in every
second year thereafter, there shall be a supplemental registration in
