twenty-one years of age reported deceased within the city or county
since the date of the last such report

(b)  Infamous Crimes. The Clerk of the Criminal Court of Balti-
more City and the Clerk of the Circuit Court for each county shall
file with said respective Boards the names and addresses, if known,
of all persons convicted in said respective courts of infamous crimes
since the date of the last such report.

(c)  Names Changed by Marriage. The Clerk of the Court of
Common Pleas in Baltimore City and the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for each county shall file with said respective Boards the former
and present names of all women residents of said city or county,
as the case may be, over the age of twenty-one years, whose names
have been changed by marriage since the date of the last such report.

(d)  Names Changed by Decree. The Clerk of the Circuit Court
and of the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City and of the Circuit
Court for each county shall file with said respective Boards the
former and present names and residence addresses (if known) of
all persons who
WHOSE names have been changed by decree or
order of court since the date of the last such report.

(e)  Date for Reports. Such reports shall be due from the several
officials in Baltimore City at least once each month; and in the
several counties, by the last days of January and July in each year.

(f)  Changes of Address. Said Boards may also in their discretion
make such arrangements as seem practicable with the postal authori-
ties in said city or counties, respectively and with the water depart-
ment and public service companies serving persons therein, to
receive notices of changes in address of persons receiving mail or
using such services in said city or county. The Boards are author-
ized to pay a reasonable compensation for the necessary clerical
service involved.

44. Infamous Crime or Death. (a) Infamous Crime. Whenever
the conviction of any registered voter of an infamous crime shall
be reported as above provided, the Board of Supervisors of Elections
shall cause to be mailed to the address of such voter, as it appears
upon the registration books or records, a notification that such
conviction has been reported to said Board. The notice shall require
the said voter to show cause within two weeks after the mailing of
such notification why his or her registration should not be cancelled.
If insufficient cause shall be shown for non-cancellation, the regis-
tration of said voter shall be cancelled by erasing his or her name
from the registry as provided in Section 33 of this Article; or in
counties having a system of permanent registration and in Balti-
more City, by removing the registration cards or forms of said
voter from the original and duplicate files and placing the same in
a transfer file.

(b) Death. The Board may remove the name of any deceased
person from the registration books or records, upon it being reliably
reported to the Board that such person is deceased, and without
the necessity of personal knowledge of such event. The Board shall
investigate and confirm the fact of such decease in order to establish
it beyond reasonable doubt.
