Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 208A be and is hereby added to Article 93 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Testamentary
Law", sub-title "Guardian and Ward", and to read as follows:
208A. When a minor is entitled to less than $100.00 as a dis-
tributee in an estate, the said money shall in the discretion of the
Orphans' Court be paid to the natural guardian of the minor for the
minor's past or future support.
208A. IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF ANY ESTATE, WHEN A
MINOR IS ENTITLED TO LESS THAN $100.00, SAID MONEY
MAY BE PAID, IN THE DISCRETION OF THE ORPHANS'
COURT, TO THE NATURAL GUARDIAN OF SAID MINOR FOR
THE MINOR'S PAST OR FUTURE MAINTENANCE AND SUP-
PORT.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 23 of
Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1956 Supplement),
title "County Commissioners", sub-title "General Provisions" re-
lating generally to permits required in dance halls, tourist camps,
tourist cabins, motels, apartments, etc., outside of towns in certain
counties. LATING GENERALLY TO PERMITS REQUIRED TO
ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN OR OPERATE ANY TOURIST
CABIN, MOTEL, APARTMENT HOUSE, ROOMING HOUSE,
ETC., OUTSIDE OF TOWNS IN WORCESTER COUNTY.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 23 of Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1956 Supplement), title "County Commissioners", sub-title "Gen-
eral Provisions, be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
23.
On and after June 1st, 1937, it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to establish, maintain or operate any public
dance hall, boxing or wrestling arena, amusement park, or tourist
camp [with cabins for hire], tourist cabin, motel, apartment house,
rooming house or other structure or building to be rented to four
or more persons at any one time, outside the limits of any incor-
