AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub section
(a), SUB-SECTIONS 655 (A) AND 656 (N) and to add new
Sub section 656 (o) SECTION 654A AND SUB-SECTIONS 656
(O), (P), (Q) AND (R), to follow immediately after SECTION
654 AND Sub-section 656 (n) thereof, SUB-SECTIONS 655 (A)
AND 656 (N) THEREOF HAVING BEEN AMENDED BY CHAP-
TERS 410, 420 AND 421 OF THE ACTS OF 1955, all of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1953 Edition,
being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Prince George's County", sub-title "Fire Companies", relating
to the fire tax rate and division of proceeds thereof, in the Fif-
teenth Election District (Mellwood), FOURTH ELECTION DIS-
TRICT (NOTTINGHAM), AND THE SECOND PRECINCT OF
THE FOURTEENTH ELECTION DISTRICT (BOWIE) of Prince
George's County and providing for a referendum REFERENDA
thereon and rearranging the order of said sub-section 655 (a).
AND GENERALLY RECODIFYING AND REVISING PROVI-
SIONS RELATING TO THE FIRE TAX, DISPOSITION OF PRO-
CEEDS, AND FIRE COMPANIES IN SAID COUNTY.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub section 655 (a) SUB-SECTIONS 655 (A) AND 656 (N)
be and it is THEY ARE hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, and Sub-section 656 (o) SECTION 654A AND SUB-SEC-
TIONS 656 (0), (P), (Q) AND (R) be and it is THEY ARE hereby
added, to follow immediately after SECTION 654 AND Sub-section
656 (n) thereof, SUB-SECTIONS 655 (A) AND 656 (N) THEREOF
HAVING BEEN AMENDED BY CHAPTERS 410, 420 AND 421
OF THE ACTS OF 1955, all of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1953 Edition, being Article 17 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Prince George's County",
sub-title "Fire Companies", and all to read as follows:

654A. ANY TAX LEVIED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SUB-TITLE FOR A PROPERTY OR PROPERTIES INCLUDED IN
AN AREA ANNEXED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE
23A OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC GENERAL LAWS OF MARY-
LAND, TITLE "CORPORATIONS-MUNICIPAL", TO A MUNICI-
