(House Bill 776)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 250(j)
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1956 Supple-
ment), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans' Court",
providing for the compensation of the Judges of the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 250 (j) of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1956 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law", sub-title
"Orphans' Court", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
250. Compensation of Judges of Orphans' Courts.
(j) Compensation in Baltimore County.—Each of the Judges of
the Orphans' Court [for] of Baltimore County shall receive [the
sum of $12.00 for every day's attendance upon the sessions of the
Court] a salary of Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($8,600.00)
FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,200.00) per
annum.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted. That the salary fixed by this Act
for each of the Judges of the Orphans' Court of Baltimore County
shall commence as of the effective date of the amendment to Section
40 of Article 4 of the Constitution of Maryland proposed by Chapter
124 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1956 and adopted by the
qualified voters of the State at the general election held in November,
1958.
Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1957.

relating to issuance of licenses to insurance advisors.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
