AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local Laws of
Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition), being Article 2 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Anne Arundel County",
to be under a new sub-title "Mosquito Control", and a new sub-
heading "Mosquito Control Special Taxing District No. 1-A", said
new section to be known as Section 391A and to follow immediately
after Section 391 therein, relating to the establishment of a special
mosquito control taxing district in the First Election District of
Anne Arundel County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition), being Article 2
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Anne Arundel
County", to be under a new sub-title "Mosquito Control", and to be
under a new sub-heading "Mosquito Control Special Taxing District
No. 1-A", said new section to be known as Section 391A and to follow
immediately after Section 391 of said Code and to read as follows:
391A. (a) There is hereby created and established in the First
Election District of Anne Arundel County a special mosquito control
and taxing district to be known as "Mosquito Control Taxing District
No. 1-A". The said District shall include all of the following
properties:
(1) all of the sub-division known as Beverley Beach as shown on
the plats of the said sub-division recorded among the land records
of Anne Arundel County in Plat Book No. 10 Folio 9 and in Plat Book
No. 11 Folio 15 and being the same area established as a special
roads and taxing district under the provisions of Section 423 A of
Chapter 271 of the Acts of 1941.
(2) all of the property which by deed dated October 11, 1941 was
conveyed by Stephen H. Ford and Louise E. Ford, his wife, to the
Southern Maryland Development Co., Inc. and recorded among the
land records of Anne Arundel County in Liber J.H.H. 244 Folio 406
and now known as Triton Beach.
(3) all of that property lying between Beverley Beach and Triton
Beach as set forth in (1) and (2) above being all of that property
which by deed dated April 19, 1956 was conveyed by Austin T.
Schussler, trustee and the Mercantile-Safe Deposit and Trust Co. Inc.
