Subject: WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 708 (Q) OF
ARTICLE 66C OF ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1957 EDI-
TION), RELATING TO THE TAKING OR CATCHING OF OYSTERS
WITH TONGS, ETC.

Favorable report adopted.

The bill was read the second time and ordered printed for its third
reading.

Two-thirds of all the Senators-elect, voting in the affirmative, the rules
were suspended by yeas and nays as follows, and bill put on third reading
and final passage.
