CHAPTER 91.
A Further Supplement to the act, entitled, An act for the
relief of Sarah Ellis, and her Children, of the City of
Baltimore.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the justices of the orphans court of Baltimore county be and they
are hereby authorised and required, to accept of the resignation of
the present trustee in the case of Sarah Ellis and her children,
and to appoint another person in his stead, who shall give bond,
and do all other things required to be done by the present trustee;
that the said court shall order the money in the hands of the pre-
sent trustee to be paid over to his successor, and enforce such or-
der by attachment, or otherwise, so as to give full force, effect
and operation, to this act.

CHAPTER 92.
An act for the relief of Elizabeth League of the City of Bal-
timore.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the said Elizabeth League be and she is hereby divorced from bed,
board, and mutual cohabitation, with her husband Nathaniel J.
League.
2. And be it enacted, That all the right and title which the said
Nathaniel J. League, by virtue of his marriage with said Elizabeth
League, had acquired to any property which she now is or may
become entitled to, in any way or manner whatever, be and the
same is hereby annulled and made void; and that the said Eliza-
beth League be, and she is hereby declared, capable to have, hold,
take, receive, sue for and recover, by compromise, suit or suits ill
law or equity, all such property, in as full and ample a manner as
if she were a feme sole, and had never been married, and to hold,
use, and enjoy the same, for her own use and benefit, and the same
to dispose of according to her will and pleasure, without the mo-
lestation, interference, hindrance or consent, of her said husband,
in the same manner she could or might have done were she a feme
sole.

chapter 93.
An act to establish a Bank and incorporate a Company,
under the name of The Frederick County Bank.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
a bank to be called and known by the name of The Frederick
County Bank, shall be established in Frederick Town, the capital
stock of which shall consist of five hundred thousand dollars, mo-
ney of the United States, to be divided into shaves of fifty dollars each.
2. And be it enacted, That books for the subscription of said
stock shall be opened at Frederick Town by the commissioners
hereinafter named, or a majority of them, on the first Monday of
May next, and the commissioners who shall meet on the day so ap-
pointed for receiving the said subscriptions, shall cause the said
