3. And be it enacted, That the levy court of Prince George's
county, shall according to the provisions of the act to which this
act is a further additional supplement, appoint three persons in
each district, residents therein, who, or such of whom as shall at.
tend, shall he the judge or judges of the elections for the district
for which he or they shall have been appointed as aforesaid.
4. And be it enacted, That all laws now in force with respect to
the time, manner and mode, of conducting and regulating elections
in the several counties of this state, shall be, and they are hereby
declined to be, in full force and effect in Prince George's county.
5. And be it enacted, That for services performed in virtue of
this act, the levy court of said county shall make reasonable com-
pensation out of the county levies.

CHAPTER 31.

A Supplement to an act, entitled, An act authorising a Lot-
tery to raise a sum of money for completing an Episcopal
Church in Baltimore County.
Whereas, as it is represented to this general assembly, that
some of the managers appointed by the act to which this is a sup-
plement, to draw the lottery in said act authorised, are dead, some
have removed, and others refuse to act as managers;
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
John T. H. Worthington, Benjamin Johns. John G. Walker, James
Sterrett, and Stephen H. Moore, be, and they are hereby appointed
managers of said lottery, in place of the persons named in the ori-
ginal act, and are invested with all the powers, and subject to all
obligations, as the managers in the original act aforesaid as grant-
ed, created and imposed, by said original act.

CHAPTER 32.

An act for the benefit of Susanna Ireland of the City of Bal-
timore.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the orphans court of Baltimore county be and they are hereby au-
thorised, if to them it shall seem just and proper, to allow and
permit Susanna Ireland to enter upon the records of said court a
revocation of her renunciation of the last will and testament of
her husband, Edward Ireland, late of Baltimore, deceased; which
said revocation, when so entered, shall annul and destroy her re-
nunciation as aforesaid, and place her, and all those interested in
said last will and testament, in the same situation with respect to
the same as if no renunciation thereof hud ever been made by her;
Provided, all those interested in the said will, who are of full age,
and the legal guardians of such as are not of full age, or if no le-
gal guardian then the father and mother of said minors, shall tes-
tify to said orphans court, either in person or by writing, their as-
sent to said revocation.
