Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore pay to Samuel Hurst, of
Dorchester county, an old soldier, or to his order, annually, in quarterly pay-
ments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a private, as a further remunerati-
on to him for those services by which his country has been so essentially benefitted.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he is hereby direct-
ed to pay to John Robbins, an old soldier, of Montgomery county, a sum of mo-
ney annually, in quarterly payments, equal to the half pay of a private, as a further
compensation tor his revolutionary services.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore be and he is hereby autho-
rised, to pay to Robert Bruce, of Charles county, or his order, annually, in quar-
terly payments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of a trooper, instead of the
half pay of a common soldier in the line, as was allowed him by the last legislature,
and that the treasurer be also authorised to pay to him, or hit order, a sum of mo-
ney equal to the half pay of a trooper for fifteen months.

ed, to pay to James Leonard, of Cecil county, an old soldier, or his order, annual-
ly, in quarterly payments, a sum of money equal to the halt pay of a private, as a
further remuneration for his services during the revolutionary war.

for his services during the revolutionary war.

rised and required, to pay unto Robert Halkerson, of Charles county, an old re-
volutionary officer, in quarterly payments, the half pay of a lieutenant for life, in-
stead of the sum allowed him by a resolution passed January the sixth eighteen
hundred and twelve.

ed to pay unto Joseph Ray, an old soldier, of Montgomery county, or to his order,

vate, for his services during the revolutionary war.

quired and directed, to pay annually to Nathaniel Downing, or his order, of
Prince-George's county, an old revolutionary soldier, a sum of money equal to the
half pay of a private soldier, as a further remuneration to the said Nathaniel Down-
ing for the services rendered his country in that war.
