CHAPTER 212.

An act for the relief of William Welsh, of Talbot County.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
it shall and may be lawful for the judges of Talbot county court,
or for any one or more of them, in open court, or in the recess
thereof, and they are hereby authorised and directed, to extend
to William Welsh, of Talbot county, an insolvent debtor, the
benefit of an act of assembly, entitled, An act for the relief of
sundry insolvent debtors, paused at November session eighteen
hundred and five, and of the several supplements thereto, without
requiring the said William Welsh to produce the assent, in writ-
ing, of so many of his creditors as have due to them two thirds
in amount of the debts due by him, and to direct his discharge
from the payment of the said debts on his complying in other
respects with the provisions of the said laws.

CHAPTER 213.

An act for the relief of Martha Graham of Frederick County.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the said Martha Graham he, and she is hereby divorced
from bed, board and mutual cohabitation, with her husband Au-
gustus Graham.
2. And be it enacted, That all the right and title which the said
Augustus, by virtue of his marriage with said Martha, had ac-
quired to any property which she is or may become entitled
to in any way or manner whatever, be and the same is hereby
annulled and made void, and that the said Martha be, and she is
hereby declared to be, capable, to have, hold, take, receive, sue
for and recover, by compromise, suit or suits in law or equity,
all such, property, in as full and ample a manner as if she were
a feme sole, and had never been married, and. to hold, use and
enjoy, the same, for her own use and benefit, and the same to
dispose of according to her will and pleasure, without the moles-
tation, interference, hindrance or consent, of her said husband,
in the same manner as she could or might have done were she a
feme sole.

CHAPTER 214.

An act for the benefit of John Resoner, of Allegany Coun-

ty.

Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the county court of Allegany county extend to John Re-
soner, of said county, the benefit of the general insolvent law of
this state, and the several supplements thereto, without requiring
him to obtain the consent of two thirds of his creditors in
amount, he first having complied with all other requisites of said
law, and the several supplements thereto.
