lection books
to be lodged.

for the same, more than credit given to the best of their or his
knowledge.
6 AND BE IT ENACTED, That the said Adam Whann
and William Ricketts before they or either of them derive any
benefit from or under this act, shall lodge a copy of the collec-
tion books of the said Jacob R. Hewitt, in the clerk's office of
Cecil county, to be opened for the inspection of all persons
interested in the same.

CHAPTER 153.
An act for the relief of Susannah Parker and her infant chil-
dren.
Sec. 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall and may be lawful for the levy court
of Charles county to assess and levy annually on the assessable
property of said county, a sum of money not exceeding fifty
dollars, for the support of Susannah Parker and her four infant
children, to long as they may see cause as an out pensioner,
which sum shall be levied as other county, levies and paid to
the said Susannah Parker.

Repeal.

CHAPTER 154.

An act to repeal an act entitled, a supplement to an act entitled,
an act to lay out and make public a road in Baltimore Coun-
ty.
Sec. 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That an act entitled, a supplement to an act entit-
led, an act to lay out and make public a road in Baltimore
county, passed at the present session, be and the same is hereby
repealed.

CHAPTER 155.

An act to authorise and empower the levy court of Anne-
Arundel County to asess and levy a sum of money for
the persons therein mentioned.
Sec. 1. BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the levy court of Anne-Arundel county be,
and they are hereby authorised and empowered, at their annual
meeting so long as they may see cause so to do, to assess and
levy on the assessable property of said county, for the use of
Cornelias Russell, Jacob Denoon, Margaret Denoon and Sa-
rah Carr, the sum of thirty dollars to each of them; for the use
of Elisabeth Hatfield, the sum of twenty dollars; for the use
of Mary Danielson the sum of forty dollars during the life of
her idiot daughter; for the use of Edward Spurrier the sum of
forty dollars; for Sarah Nicholson the sum of thirty dollars,
for the use of William Gardner an orphan child; for Mary
Hopkins the sum of one hundred dollars, in and for the main-
tenance of herself, her children and aged mother and her afflict-
ed sister; to Rezin Estep for the use of the five orphan children
of Charles Lenton, the sum of forty dollars; and for the use of
the orphan children of Benjamin Gardiner, the sun of thirty
dollars, and for the use of Wilkinson Brashears and wife the
sum of forty dollars; which said sums of money when collect-
ed, shall be paid over annually by the collector of Anne-Arun-
del county to the above named persona or their orders.
