and convey to the purchaser or purchasers the aforesaid
premises, and that the proceeds of the sale aforesaid
when collected by the said trustee shall under the direc-
tion of the orphans court of Allegany county be invest-
ed in such manner as said court shall direct.

give bond.

4. AND BE IT ENACTED, That the said trustee
before she proceeds to act under the provisions of this
act, give bond with such security as shall be approved
of by the judges of the orphans court aforesaid, condi-
tioned for the faithful performance of the trust reposed in
her by this act with such penalty as the said court shall

direct.

An act to incorporate the Patapsco Insurance Company.
WHEREAS, sundry persons within this state have
formed themselves into a society for the insurance of
ships and merchandize, and lending money on bottomry
and respondentia, and have prayed to be incorporated
by law: Therefore,

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED, by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That Wright and Byrnes, H. H.
Haekeman, Justus Hoppe, Frederick C. Graf, William
Douglass, Dennis A. Smith, Philip B. Santler, James
Calwell, Frederick Wasche, Henry Schroeder, & Co.
James Labes, Simon Blecker, Frederick Hamer, John
Remicker, Conrad Schultz, Jeremiah Sullivan, Jonathan
Manro, M'Clelan and Seckell, Finley and Vanlear,
Keller and Forman, Fuiton and Starek, Christopher
Meineke, George Bailey, William W. Taylor. K. Ow-
en, Joseph Karrick, Luke Tiernan, Briscoe & Partridge,
William Forsyin, P. V. Morrison, Moses Sheppard, R.
H. Douglass, Charles F. Kalkman, Hugh Boyle, Isaac
Tyson, Solomon Etting, Ralph Higginbothom, George
Douglass, Philip Littig, D'Arcy & Didier, Henry Pay-
Sou, Crosdale & Gibson, Robert Lemmon & Co. F. &
A. Schwartze, J.E. C. Schutze, Lewis Brantz, Rudolph
Vogeler, Peter A. Karthaus, Ferdinand Hurxthal, Chris-
tian Mayer, C. S. Konig, B. I. Von Kapff, Enoch Clap,
Nathaniel F. Williams, George William, Charles Ghe-
quiere, William T. Graham, Andrew Clopper, P. A.
Guestier, Frederick Conig, George T. Dunbar, Robert
Miller, John Rundal, William G. Cochran, William
Tyson, Michael Tiernan, Thomas Sheppard, William
Hughlett, William Allcock, Samuel Etting, William Vi-
brans, William Vance, and such other persons as here-
after shall become stock-holders in said company, shall
be, and are hereby created and declared to be, a body
politic and corporate, by the name, style and title of
the Patapsco Insurance Company, and by the same name
shall have perpetual succession, and shall be able to sue
and be sued, implead and be impleaded, in all courts of
law or equity in this state or elsewhere, and to make
