such additional shares shall and are hereby declared to be from
thenceforward incorporated into the said company.
18. And be it enacted, That no subscriber, stockholder or
member of said company shall be answerable in his person or indi-
vidual property, for any contract or engagement of said company.
19. And be it enacted, That if the said president and managers
shall not commence making the said road within two years from
the passage of this act, and shall not complete the same in six years
thereafter, the right of the said company hereby incorporated, to
the said road, shall revert to the State of Maryland, and the char-
ters of the said banks shall not be extended by virtue of this act.
20. And be it enacted, That all laws repugnant to or inconsist-
ent with this act, shall be, and the same are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 93.
A supplement to an act entitled, An act to authorise Hannah A. Hayes, guar-
dian of the minor children of Stephen Hayek, late of Cecil county, de-
ceased, to sell and convey all the right, title and interest of the said minor
children, to certain real and personal estate therein mentioned.
Whereas, it is represented to this general assembly, that since the
passage of the original act, to which this is a supplement, passed
at December session, eighteen hundred and seventeen, chapter se-
venty six, the minor children of the said Stephen Hayes have be-
come entitled to a further interest in the real and personal estate in
the said original act mentioned, as heirs at law of their aunts Ra-
chel Hayes, and Sarah Hayes, late of the borough of Wilmington,
in the state of Delaware, deceased.

3, 1825.

Preamble.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
said Hannah A. Hayes, guardian of the minor children of the
said Stephen Hayes, or in case of her death, any future guardian
legally appointed by the orphans court of Cecil county, be, and
she, or they are hereby authorised and empowered, under the
provisoes, and regulations, mentioned in the original act to
to which this is a supplement, to sell and convey all the right, ti-
tle, interest and estate, which the said minor children of the said
Stephen Hayes now have, or at the time of such sale, may have,
of, in, to, or out of all the real and personal estate mentioned
in the said original act to which this is a supplement.

CHAPTER 94.

An act to exempt the Rifle Company commanded by Ignatius Brown, of the
forty seventh regiment Maryland Militia, from Regimental and Battalion
Musters.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
from and after the passage of this act. it shall not be necessary for
the rifle company commanded by Ignatius Brown, attached to
the forty seventh regiment Maryland militia, to parade in regi-
ment or battalion, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.

Passed Fell.

CHAPTER 95.

An act supplementary to the act entitled, An act relating to the Treasurers
of the State on the Eastern and Western Shore, the Clerks of the Court
of Appeals, the Clerks of the several County Courts, the Clerk of the
City Court of Baltimore, the Register in Chancery, and the Registers of
Wills in the several Counties in this State.
Whereas, by the original act, to which this is a supplement, the
treasurers of the state on each shore, the clerks of the court of
