CHAPTER 34.
An act for the benefit of the children of Thomas Robinson, of Talbot County.
Whereas, it has been represented to the General Assembly of
Maryland, by the petition of Thomas Robinson, of Talbot county,
that several years past he intermarried with a certain Mary Catrup,
of said county, who was seized in fee simple of a parcel of land lying
and being in said county, and that the petitioner and the said Mary
lived together for several years as husband and wife, and that he had
several children by the said Man, five of whom are now living, and
are all infants under age; and that the said Mary has not long since
departed this life, and that the said petitioner is now tenant by the
courtesy of the said land; and the petitioner further represents that %
great proportion of the said land is wood land, and that the wood
and timber would be rather benefitted than injured by a sale occa-
sionally of such as might be in a state of decay; and the petitioner
further represents that without the aid of the proceeds of the sale of
such decayed or decaying wood or timber, he is not able in a proper
manner to educate the said children;—Therefore,
