Resolved, That the resolution in favor of Joseph Cresap, of Allegany county,
patted at December session eighteen hundred and eighteen, No. 41, be and the same
it hereby rescinded.
No. 63.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore be directed to pay to Thomas
I. Gassaway, Isaac Holland, John Claude and Edward Dubois, the sum of four
dollars each, for one day's attendance as assistant clerks; and to Cornelius H. Mills,
the turn of twenty two dollars and eighty cents, tor serving summons in the case
of the Honorable Judge Shriver.

Hohne & Co. or order, seven dollars and fifty one cents.
