proceed to revalue, and re-asses the real and personal property
within said county, agreeably to the provisions of an act passed at
November session, eighteen hundred and twelve, entitled, "An
act for the valuation of real and personal property in the several
counties of this state.
2. BE it Enacted, That the following persons shall be, and they
are hereby appointed commissioners of the tax for Calvert county:
John Gray, James J. Bowern, John G. Mackall, Isaac Rhodes and
Mordecai Smith, who are hereby authorised and empowered, to
carry into full effect and operation, all the provisions of this act, as
well as the aforesaid act of eighteen hundred and twelve, entitled,
An act for the valuation of real and personal property in the seve-
ral counties of this state.

CHAPTER 25.
An act to authorise and empower the Levy Court of Talbot county, to
assess and levy a sum of money for the purpose therein mentioned.
Sec. 1. Be IT enacted By the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the bailiffs and constables of Talbot county, while attending
the county courts, shall each receive two dollars for every day he
may attend the same.
2. And be it enacted, That the Levy Court of Talbot
county be, and they are hereby authorised and empowered, to levy
on the assessable property of said county, all such sums as the said
bailiffs and constables are entitled to in virtue of this act.

CHAPTER 26.
An act authorising and empowering the Levy Court of Saint Mary's
county, to assess and levy a sum of money for the support and
maintenance of the idiot son of Samuel Thompson of said county.
BE it enacted By the General Assembly of Maryland, That
it shall and may be lawful for the levy court of Saint Mary's coun-
ty, to assess and levy annually, on the assessable property of said
county, so long as they may deem necessary, such sum as to them
may appear reasonable, not exceeding thirty dollars, for the sup-
port and maintenance of the idiot son of Samuel Thompson, of
said county; and that the same be collected annually, by the collector
of Saint Mary's county, and by him paid to the said Samuel Thomp-
son or his order.

CHAPTER 27.
An act to confirm an act entitled, An act to alter, change and repeal all
such parts of the constitution and form of government of this state,
as relates to the division of Queen Ann's county into election dis-
tricts.

BE it Enacted By the General Assembly of Maryland, That
an act passed at December session, eighteen hundred and twenty,
entitled, An act to alter, change and repeal all such parts of the
constitution and form of government of this state, as relate to the
division of Queen Ann's county, into election district", shall be, and
the same is hereby confirmed.
