An Act to alter the Names of Nathaniel Mortimer Magruder, Margaret Ellen
Magruder, Roderick Magruder, Henry Magruder, and Alaric Magruder, into
Nathaniel Mortimer M'Gregor, Margaret EIIen M'Gregor, Roderick M'Gre-
gor, Henry M'Gregor, and Alaric M'Gregor.

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the name of Nathaniel Mortimer Magruder be changed into Na-
thaniel Mortimer M'Gregor, and the name of Margaret Ellen
Magruder be changed to Margaret Ellen M'Gregor. and the
name of Roderick Magruder be changed to Roderick M'Gregor,
and the name of Henry Magruder he changed to that, of Henry
M'Gregor, and the name of Alaric Magruder be changed to that
of Alaric M'Gregor

2. And be it enacted, That all securities, promises, contracts,
assurances, deeds, and lawful acts whatsoever, made or done, or
to be made, or done by or to the said Nathaniel, Margaret, Ro-
derick, Henry, Alaric, or the issue of them or either of them,
shall be of the same force and effort, and equally avail to all in-
tents and purposes, as if the name of M'Gregor had been their
true and proper names.

CHAP. CX.XXVI.
An Act to provide for erecting a Wharf at or near the Town of Queen-Anne,
in Prince George's County.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
justices of the levy court of Prince-George's county, be and they
are hereby authorised and empowered, to assess and levy on the
assessable, property of the said county, such sum of money as they
may think necessary, not exceeding five hundred dollars, for pur-
chasing as much ground as may be. required, and erecting a wharf
thereon, at or near the town of Queen-Anne in said county.

CHAP. CXXXVII.
An Act respecting certain Roads in Prince George's County.
WHEREAS it is represented to this general assembly, by the
petitions of sundry inhabitants of Prince-George's county, that
part of the road leading to Magruder's warehouse, at a place
called The. Warehouse Hill, and through the lands of Marcus S.
Waring and Henry Compton. in Matapony Hundred, is often
not passable, and that the same will he of great expense if made
so, and that a public road commencing at a place known by the
name of White's Hill, and running through the land of James
Richardson, William W. Cage, and part of the land of the late
General Covington, until it intersects a road leading from the
late dwelling place of the said late general Covington, now occu-
pied by Richard T. Hall, to the Aquasco mills, is of no public
use or benefit whatsoever; Therefore,
