2. And be it enacted, That the sixth section of the act of De-
cember session eighteen hundred and nineteen, chapter one hun-
dred and fifty-three, be and the same is hereby repealed.

CHAP. CXXXII.

An Act for the benefit of the Executors of Joseph Thornburgh, of Baltimore
County.
WHEREAS James Ellicott and John M'Kean, of the city of
Baltimore, were appointed by the orphans court of Baltimore
county appraisers of the personal estate of Joseph Thornburgh,
of said county, deceased: And whereas a schedule of said per-
sonal estate, with the valuation thereto attached, was made out
by said appraisers, and part of said personal estate disposed of
by said executors, agreeably to the directions of the said Thorn-
burgh; and the sudden and unexpected death of the said James
Ellicott prevented him from signing said schedule and appraise-
ment, Therefore,

Passed Feb. 7,1821.

Preamble

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That John
M'Kean, of the city of Baltimore, and surviving appraiser of
the personal estate of Joseph Thornburgh of Baltimore, county,
deceased, he and is hereby authorised and empowered, to sign
mid return the said schedule and valuation of the said personal
estate to the said orphans court, and that the fluid schedule and
valuation shall be to all intents and purposes as lawful and valid
as if it had been signed by the said James Ellicott.

CHAP. CXXXIII.

An Act for the relief of Sarah Caball, of Caroline County.

1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Sarah Caball, of Caroline county, be and she is hereby divorced
from bed, board, and mutual cohabitation, with her husband John
Caball.
2. And be it enacted, That all the right and title which the said
John Caball, by virtue of his marriage with said Sarah Caball,
had acquired to any property which she now is or may become
entitled to, in any way or manner whatever, be and the same is
hereby revoked and repealed; and that the said Sarah Caball be
and she is hereby declared capable to have, hold, take, receive,
sue for, and recover, by compromise, suit or suits in law or equi-
ty, all such property, in as full and ample a manner as if she were
a feme sole, and bad never been married; and to hold, use and en-
joy the same, for her own use and benefit, and the same to dispose
of according to her will and pleasure, without the molestation,
interference, hindrance or consent, of her said husband, in the
same manner she could or might have done were she a feme sole.

Passed Jan. 21, 1821.

Divorce granted.

Right to property

CHAP. CXXXIV.

An Act to incorporate the Trustees of Taylor's Island Seminary in Dorchester
County.
1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Jeremiah Spicer, Moses Geoghegan, Levi D. Travers, Shadrack
Keene, Joseph Cator, Samuel Travers and Thomas Navy, with
such other citizens of Dorchester county as they or a majority
of them, shall select, not exceeding fifteen in number, be and they
