county, to make statements to the Comptroller of the amount
of State taxes due from him, and to pay the same into the
treasury at such times and on such conditions as are herein
provided.

338. An act to authorise the trustees of Providence chapel,
in Washington county, to sell and dispose of certain property
therein mentioned.

339. An act to incorporate Columbia Lodge, No. 58, of
Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, of Frederick county.

340. A supplement to an act entitled, an act to incorporate
a company to build a turnpike road from Woodsboro' to Mon-
ocacy bridge, on the road leading to Frederick city.

341. An act to pay John D. Toy and Schley & Haller for
printing the reports of the commissioners, to revise, simplify
and abridge the rules of practice and pleadings.

342. An act to authorise the Commissioner of the Land
Office to issue a patent to Robert Mays, of Baltimore county,
for certain land in said county.

343. An act to authorise the County Commissioners of
Kent and Queen Anne's counties to contract for the free pas-
sage of the citizens of said counties over Chester river bridge
at Chestertown.

344. An act to grant the leave of the Legislature to a be-
quest made in the last will and testament of Elizabeth C.
Wootton, late of Frederick county, deceased, to the vestry of
Zion parish, in said county.

345. An act to refund to Thomas B. Billingsley, late
Sheriff of Calvert county, a certain sum of money.

346. An act to define and limit the fees and compensation
of the Surveyor of Charles county.

347. An act to repeal the tenth section of the act passed
at January session, eighteen hundred and fifty-two, chapter
93, entitled, an act to alter and amend the charter of the
Cumberland Coal and Iron Company, incorporated by an act
entitled, an act to incorporate the Cumberland Coal and Iron
Company, passed at December session, eighteen hundred and
fifty, chapter 214.

348. An act to authorise the Jefferson Division No. 163, of
the Sons of Temperance, to erect an additional story upon
the primary school house in Jefferson school district, Frede-
rick county.
