326. An act to authorise the Comptroller to settle with
William N. Jones, late collector of direct taxes for Somerset
county, in the manner therein stated.

326. An act to allow the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Prince George's county to draw and assort the names of
jurors summoned to any term of said court.

327. An act further amendatory of an act entitled, an act
to authorise the Commissioners of St. Mary's county to levy
on the assessable property of St. Mary's county a tax for the
purpose of erecting a county jail.

328. An act to increase the compensation of the Crier of
the Circuit Court for Allegany county.

329. An act to appropriate a sum of money to pay
Nathaniel Duke, late Clerk of the Circuit Court of Calvert
county, for certain fees due him by the State.

330. An act to incorporate the Chesapeake Marine Railway
Company of Annapolis.

831. An act to refund to Horace Resley, of Allegany
county, money erroneously paid by him into the treasury.
