111. An act for the relief of the sheriff of Kent county.
112; An act to authorise the Comptroller, in adjusting the
accounts of William H. Blackiston, former collector of Kent
county, and other collectors of said county, to allow, as cred-
its, such sums of money as were paid to the State's Attorney
for said county, for the use of the State, and on account of
their indebtedness.
113. An act authorising the county commissioners of Bal-
timore county, to open an avenue, adjacent to the eastern
boundary of the city of Baltimore, from the intersection of
O'Donell and Third street, on the Canton Company's lands,
northwardly with Third street to Bank street, then with
Bank street westwardly to First street, and then northwardly
to Monument street, extended.
114. An act to continue in force the act passed at January
session, 1852, chapter 316, also, the act passed at January
session, 1855, chapter 46, relative to the appointment of a
commissioner to take testimony to perpetuate the lost records
in Dorchester county.
116. An act to authorise George Vickers, executor of Sarah
P. Wilson, deceased, to pay over to the legatees and persons
entitled, under the last will and testament, residing in the
State of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, and to authorise the
Orphans' Court of Kent county, to allow the receipts of said
legatees, or persons entitled, to the executor, as credits in the
settlement of the accounts on the estate.
116. An act to incorporate the stockholders of a female
seminary, in Chestertown.
117. An act to secure the more speedy payment of the
bailiffs, criers and talesmen, of the Circuit Court for Carroll
county.
118. An act to authorise the American Coal Company, of
Allegany county, to issue bonds and dispose of the same.
119. An act to prohibit the sale or gift of any intoxicating
liquors in Tangier District, being District No. 15, of Somer-
set county, except in certain cases therein provided;
120. An act for the preservation of the papers of James I.
Chew, deceased, former sheriff of Prince George's county, so
far as they relate to his office as sheriff.
