85. An act to authorise the commissioners of Anne Arun-
del county, to levy a sum of money therein mentioned, for
the primary schools of said county.

86. An act allowing a pension to Susanna Sibert, widow
of the late David Sibert, a private soldier in the Revolution-
ary war, also of the war of 1812, and appropriating a sum of
money for the payment thereof.

87. An act to make valid a deed to Nicholas V. Browne.

88. An act to incorporate the Annapolis Coal Company.

89. An act entitled, an act to amend an act entitled, an
act to incorporate the President and Directors of the Howard
Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore, passed January ses-
sion, 1856, chapter 55.

90. An act to authorise the county commissioners of Har-
ford county, to adopt and use as evidence of the ownership
of assessable property in the said county, for the purposes of
taxation, the assessment lists now in the hands of the several
collectors.

91. An act to provide for building a Court House in Har-
ford county.

92. An act to prevent the selling and pedling of carriages,
hacks, gigs and buggy waggons, in Worcester, Dorchester,
Carroll and Cecil counties, not manufactured in the State of
Maryland.

93. An act to authorise the Governor to appoint four In-
spectors and Measurers for the city of Baltimore, of all ma-
nures heretofore sold by the cart load, provide for their com-
pensation, and determine what quantity shall constitute a
load.

94. Supplement to an act entitled, an act to amend and
modify the present Primary School system in Charles county,
passed March 10th, 1854.

95. An act to incorporate the Maryland Club.

96. An act to make valid a deed from William Henry Cal-
vert and wife, to Eleanor A. Calvert.

97. An act to provide for making an index to judgments,
&c., in the Circuit court for Caroline .county, and for the re-
binding of the index to the Land Records, and directing the
county commissioners to levy by a tax, a sum sufficient to pay
for the same.
