a certain sum of money erroneously paid into the Trea-
sury.

35. A bill to repeal resolution No. 27, passed at the De-
cember session, eighteen hundred and thirty-three.

36. An act to incorporate the Patapsco Steam Tug Com-
pany of Baltimore.

37. An act to confer certain authority, herein mentioned,
upon the Board of Primary School Inspectors for Frederick
county.

38. An act to authorise the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore to issue certificates of debt, to be denominated
Water stock.

39. An act to provide for the building of a jail in Charles
county.

40. An act appointing commissioners to enable the Ameri-
can Bank to complete its organization, under the act of in-
corporation, passed at January session, eighteen hundred and
fifty-six, chapter 211.

Regiment of Maryland Militia, to erect an armory over the
market-house in Chestertown, or on the public grounds near
the court-house, in said town.

terian church, in Harford county, to hold certain real estate
in said county, for the use of said church.

Washington county to lay off a new election district in said
