and proper, the due publication of which notice
shall he certified to said court, by the affidavit of
the publishers of such papers, wherein such no-
tice shall be published.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all fu-
ture dividends, other than that already declared
by said trustees, and which said trustees are
paying, shall be declared in the said court, upon
the reports of the said trustees, to be filed in said
court from time to time, verified by affidavit, and
the said trustees, as soon as may be, after the
dividend now being paid by them shall have been
paid, and whether the same shall have been fully
paid or not, (as some creditors may not come in
for a long time,) shall before the day to be limit-
ed as aforesaid, by said court, report to said court
all the assets of said bank, which have come
into their hands since they assumed the said
trust, and been converted into money, up to the
time of making said report, and also report the
amount paid out by them in expenses of said
trust and in paying the dividend of twenty-five
per cent, already declared, and shall file in said
court all the notes of said bank and other claims
shall have been filed with them before making
said report, and also the amount of money paid
by them on said dividend; and in filing in said
court the notes of the said bank, and other
claims which shall have been filed with said
trustees, they shall file a list of the owners
thereof and of the amount owned by each and
all, verified by the oath of said trustees, which
notes being so filed by said trustees, with such
list, shall entitle such owners to receive all future
dividends in the same manner, as if they had
filed their notes and claims in said court; and
the report of said trustees, verified as aforesaid,
and showing the parties to whom the dividends
already declared have been paid, shall in all fu-
ture dividends, be treated and taken as therein
reported, and entitle such parties to a participa-
tion of all future dividends; and all note holders
who shall not file their notes with said trustees
for a dividend, before the making of said report,
shall file the same in said court before the time
limited by said court for filing of the same.
