all contracts made by or for the said Company,

tracts with, and suits by or against the same, shall
not be impaired or affected by such dissolution.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this act shall
go into effect from the date of its passage.

Reservation.
|
SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the Legislature
reserves to itself the right to amend, alter or re-
peal this act.

AN ACT to confer certain authority herein men-
tioned upon the Board of Primary School In-
spectors for Frederick county.
|
|
|
Authority to
sell.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Board of Primary
School Inspectors for Frederick county shall have
full and competent authority to sell the primary
school house in Franklin school district, No. five,
of said county, whenever the said Board of In-
spectors shall have divided said district.

Money appor-
tioned.
|
SEC. 2. And be. it further enacted, that the mo-
nies accruing from the sale of said school house
shall be equally apportioned by said Board of In-
spectors between the two new school districts thus
created, for the purpose of erecting buildings in
said districts for primary school purposes.

In force.
|
SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That this bill shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
