AN ACT to make valid a deed from George
Peters and James Murry, commissioners for
opening streets in the city of Baltimore, and
Miles White, to William N. Todd, bearing date
the second day of July, eighteen hundred and
fifty-five, and recorded among the land records
of the city of Baltimore in liber E. D., No. 87,
folio 420, &c.

Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, at the time of the execution of the deed
referred to in the above caption, the said James
Murry and George Peters being the commis-
sioners for opening streets in the city of Balti-
more, together with Miles White, executed and
delivered a deed to William N. Todd, of and
for the land and premises described as follows:
beginning for the same on the north side of
North avenue, at the distance of twenty-five
feet east from Pennsylvania avenue, and at the
division line between Mrs. Cunningham's lot
and the lot formerly owned by Mrs. William-
son, running thence northeasterly, binding on
said division line one hundred and ninety-one
feet to the land belonging to Charles Wanen-
wecht, thence southeasterly binding on said
land one hundred and sixty feet to North
avenue, thence west binding on said North
avenue thirteen feet six inches to William
Eden's lot, thence northwesterly binding thence
and on the ground of the Jews' burial ground
seventy-two feet to the north corner of the lane
belonging thereto, thence southeasterly still
binding on the said lane sixty-one feet five
