CHAPTER 128.

AN ACT to pay John T. Wright, a sum of money
for services rendered by him as assistant Door-
keeper to the Senate.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Treasurer of the State
be, and he is hereby authorised and directed to
pay upon the warrant of the Comptroller of the
State, the sum of two hundred dollars, for services
rendered by him as assistant Door-keeper to the
Senate, under an order passed by the Senate, on
the tenth day of March, eighteen hundred and
fifty-six.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect and go into operation from the day of
its passage.

AN ACT to regulate the holding of the terms of
the Circuit Courts within the Sixth Judicial
Circuit.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That there shall be four terms
of the Circuit Court, held in each year, in the
several counties, composing the Sixth Judicial
Circuit of this State.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the terms of
the said court for Cecil county, shall commence
on the second Monday in February, the first Mon-
day in April, the third Monday in July, and the
second Monday in October; the terms of said court
for Harford county, shall commence on the fourth
Monday in February, the fourth Monday in April,
on the first Monday in August, and the second
Monday in November; and the terms of said court
for Baltimore county, shall commence on the first
Monday in March, the third Monday in May, on
