United States of seventy-two thousand dollars in the years seven
teen hundred and seventy-one and seventeen hundred and se-
venly-two.

9. Relative to arrearages due the State of Maryland by the
United States, for and on account of the advances and expen-
ditures during the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, with
England.

10. Requesting the Governor to issue a commission to the
Hon. Anthony Kennedy, as Senator, to represent this State in
the Congress of the United States, for six years, from the fourth
day of March, eighteen hundred and fifty-seven.
