SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sum of three thousand eight
hundred and eighty-lour dollars and seventy-two
cents be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
any unappropriated funds in the treasury, for the use
of the parties mentioned in the preamble of this bill;
and the treasurer is hereby authorised upon the war-
rant of the Comptroller to pay unto Francis J. Hen-
ry, the sum of three hundred dollars; to Thomas H.
Hicks the sum of one hundred and eighty-seven dol-
lars and fifty cents; to Edward D. Martin the sum
of one hundred and twenty-five dollars; to George
B. Gray the sum of one hundred dollars; to Jacob
Fisher the sum of one hundred and three dollars and
thirteen cents; to J. Frisby Gordon the sum of two
hundred and thirty-five dollars and seventy-six cents;
to H. H. Mitchell the sum of three hundred ami
sixty-one dollars and ninety-eight cents; to James H.
Jamar, the sum of one hundred eighty-seven dol-
lars and fifty-cents; to Timothy A. Smith the sum
of one hundred and fifty dollars; to John Pal-
mer the sum of two hundred and thirty-nine dol-
lars and seventeen cents; to Joseph Stuart the sum
of two hundred and sixty-two dollars and fifty
cents; to C. W. Billingslea, the sum of one hun-
dred and eighty-seven dollars and fifty cents; to A.
Lingan Jarrett the sum of three hundred and fifty-
seven dollars and eighteen cents; to James Wason
the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars; to Isaac
Nesbit the sum of two hundred dollars; and to Ben-
jamin E. Gantt the sum of one hundred and fifty
dollars; to Levin Woolford the sum of three hundred
and thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents, and to Sam-
uel W. Jones the sum of one hundred and fifty dol-
lars.

priated.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the day of its passage.
