cable and convenient.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the day on which it may be passed.

AN ACT to appoint commissioners to run out and
mark the line between election districts numbers
one and four, in Allegany county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Wm. McRoby, Wm. H. Bar-
nard, and Benjamin Tasken, be and they are hereby
appointed commissioners to run out and mark the
line between election districts numbers one and four,
in Allegany county.

Compensa-
tion.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said commis-
sioners shall be allowed two dollars per day, each,
for every day they may be so engaged in running
out and marking said line, to be paid as other county
charges and levies are paid; Provided, the whole
cost of running and marking said line shall not ex-
ceed the sum of fifty dollars.

Repealed.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all acts inconsis-
tent with this act be and the same are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
