CHAPTER 185.

AN ACT to authorise Jacob Hoff, Edward Keen,
and Lewis Turner, trustees, to execute a deed of
certain lands in Baltimore county.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, Jacob
Hoff, Edward Keen and Lewis Turner, trustees, un-
der a deed from Lloyd N. Rogers, be and they are
hereby authorised and empowered to make, execute,
acknowledge and deliver to Thomas Kensett, his
heirs, and assigns, a good and valid deed of convey-
ance, in fee simple, of all that lot or parcel of ground
and premises, lying and being on the easternmost
side of the Reistertown Turnpike Road, near the lim-
its of Baltimore city, in Baltimore county, (which is
particularly mentioned and described as conveyed in a
deed dated the first day of May, eighteen hundred and
forty nine, made and executed by Lloyd N. Rogers,
to the said Jacob Hoff, Edward Keen and Lewis Tur-
ner, duly recorded among the land records of Balti-
more county, in Liber A. W. B. No. 422, folio 48,)
in exchange for a lot of ground now held and owned
by said Thomas Kensett, so that the said Thomas
Kensett, his heirs, and assigns, may have and hold
the first mentioned lot of ground and premises, free,
clear, and discharged from the conditions, limitations,
and trusts, expressed in the deed executed and re-

corded as aforesaid; Provided, that the lot of ground
taken by said trustees in exchange, shall be held sub-
ject to the same trusts and for the same uses as the
lot hereby authorised to be conveyed.

CHAPTER 186.

Proviso.

AN ACT entitled, an act to make valid a deed from
the Llangollen Mining Company to Silas Kight.
