trict is ordered, as aforesaid, by the said Commis-
sioners, they shall thereupon order the said examin-
ers, or any other three examiners, to carry into effect
the said orders in the premises.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the examiners
shall report to the Commissioners in writing, their
decision and action in the matters confided to them,
and the expenses therein; and the Commissioners
shall have full power and authority to confirm said
action, and record the same, and levy for the amount
of expenses to them appearing reasonable.

AN ACT entitled an act to pay Coroner's fees quar-
terly.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Register of the city of Bal-
timore be and he is hereby authorised and required
to pay the Coroners of said city the fees due the
said Coroners quarterly; the first quarter under this
act to commence on the first day of April next.

effect from and alter the date of its passage.

purchase of certain lands in the city of Baltimore

ted States jurisdiction in and over the same.
