Amendments to House Bill No. 1
By Senator Cole:

Amendment No. 1. In line 6 of the title of the Third Reading File bill*
immediately following the phrase "and equipping on said land or property,,
or" insert the following: "(except as herein provided otherwise)".

Which amendment was read and rejected.

Amendment No. 2. In line 7 of Section 2 on page 2 of the Third
Reading File bill, immediately prior to the phrase "on any land or prop-
erty" insert the following: "(except as herein provided otherwise)".

Which amendment was read and rejected.

Amendment No. 3. In line 19 of Section 2 on page 2 of the third
reading file bill, after the word "mentioned" add the following: "Provided,
however, that no part of the proceeds of sale of said certificates of in-
debtedness shall be used for establishing, constructing, erecting and equip-
ping of a Civic Center and its facilities and appurtenances, on land and
property located within the boundaries of what is generally known and
referred to as Druid Hill Park in Baltimore City."

reading.
