MARYLAND , Sct:
At an Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, begun and held in the City of Annapolis, on the
Eighth day of March, 1956, the Honorable Theodore R.
McKeldin, being Governor of the State, the following
laws were enacted, to wit:
CHAPTER 1
(Senate Bill 3)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 126A, 126H, 126-1 (a) and 126P of
Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1955 Supplement),
title "State Roads", sub-title "Northeastern Expressway Revenue
Bonds", said sections having been amended by Chapter 58 of the
Acts of the Regular Session of 1956; and to enact new Sections
126A, 126H, 126-1 (a) and 126P in lieu thereof, to stand in the
place and stead of the sections so repealed, to authorize the State
Roads Commission to enter into a Supplemental Agreement with
Fidelity-Baltimore National Bank & Trust Company, Trustee un-
der the Trust Agreement, dated as of October 1, 1954, relating to
the State of Maryland Bridge and Tunnel Revenue Bonds and to
authorize and empower said Commission to pay a certain part of
the tolls collected from the Northeastern Expressway to said
Trustee for a certain period and under certain terms and condi-
tions to be determined by it, to authorize and empower the Com-
mission to adopt a resolution or enter into a trust agreement re-
lating to the Northeastern Expressway Revenue Bonds making
provision for the disposition of the tolls and revenues from the
Northeastern Expressway in conformity with said Supplemental
Agreement and to authorize said Commission to continue to collect
and charge tolls for the use of the new bridge across the Susque-
hanna River upon certain conditions after the bonds issued for
the purpose of constructing said expressway have been fully paid,
or a fund established for the payment thereof; said Sections 126A,
126H, 126-1 (a) and 126P having been so amended by Chapter 58
of the Acts of the General Assembly at its Regular Session of
1956 and being here re-enacted without change from said Chapter
