(W) Recreation

To enact local laws providing for the development and adminis-
tration of a comprehensive recreational program including the con-
struction, equipment and use of park, community center, and recre-
ational buildings and facilities, the acquisition of sites therefor, and
the furnishing of recreational and other municipal services in con-
nection therewith.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

Approved April 25, 1955.
