(7) Perform such other duties as may be delegated to him or
requested by the Board of County Commissioners.

All decisions, recommendations and duties of the Building Engi-
neer as provided in this section shall be made or performed subject
to the final approval of the County Commissioners.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

CHAPTER 453
(Senate Bill 499)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 312 and 313 of Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen
Anne's County", sub-title "Officers' Fees", relating to the fees of
officers in Queen Anne's County.

WHEREAS, The amount and form of fees of officers are now estab-
lished by the Annotated Code of General Laws, therefore it is desir-
able to repeal these confliction provisions; now therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 312 and 313 of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County",
sub-title "Officers' Fees", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.
