(Senate Bill 331)
AN ACT to add new Section 83 (e) to Article 2B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages",
sub-title "Hours and Days for Sale", to follow immediately after
Section 83 (d) thereof, relating to the hours of sale of alcoholic
beverages in Queen Anne's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article 2B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Alcoholic Bev-
erages", sub-title "Hours and Days for Sale", to be known as Section
83 (e), to follow immediately after Section 83 (d) thereof, and to read
as follows:
83(e) In Queen Anne's County, this section shall be applicable
from 1 o'clock AM. to 6 o'clock A.M. on any day, and in all respects
as hereinabove provided.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

(Senate Bill 336)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 149 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland Water
Fish", sub-heading "Water fowl and Migratory Birds", relating
to hunting wild water fowl within 100 yards of the Blackwater
Migratory Birds Refuge in Dorchester County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 149 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game
and Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Water fowl and Migratory
Birds", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
149. (Open Season.) It shall be unlawful to hunt any wild water
fowl within the limits of the State of Maryland between the first day
of February and the thirty-first day of October in each and every
year, both dates, inclusive, and it shall be further unlawful to have
in possession any dead wild water fowl 90 days after the close of the
season to be used as food, provided such fowl is drawn and plucked,
and it shall be unlawful to hunt any of the game birds herein men-
tioned on Sunday.
