CHAPTER 387
(House Bill 626)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 57 and 58 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Baltimore County, 1948 Edition, title "County Commis-
sioners", sub-title "Audits and Reports", said sections relating
to Audits and Reports in Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 57 and 58 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Balti-
more County, 1948 Edition, title "County Commissioners", sub-title
"Audits and Reports", be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

AN ACT to repeal Section 58A of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore County, 1948 Edition, title "County Commissioners",
sub-title "Comptroller", said section relating to the Comptroller of
Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 58A of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore
County, 1948 Edition, title "County Commissioners", sub-title "Comp-
troller", be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 20 of
Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title
"County Commissioners", sub-title "General Provisions", regard-
ing the publication of County statements and to remove Baltimore
County from the provisions of said section.
