13.04.03.03 Equalization Aid

The General Fund Appropriation on Page 45 of the printed
bill is reduced from $20,106,976 to $19,544,947.

13.04.03.05 Incentive Fund for School Construction

The General Fund Appropriation on Page 45 of the printed
bill is reduced from $1,472,341 to $1,392,079.
Under the sub-heading "Summary" at the top of Page
46 of the printed bill the lines entitled "Total General Fund
Appropriation" and "Total Appropriation" are each re-
duced in the amount of $642,291.

(Hoijse Bill 235)

AN ACT to fix the rate of State taxation for the year Nineteen Hun-
dred and Fifty-Six (1956) in accordance with the provisions of
Section 32 of Article 81 of the Code of Public General Laws of the
State of Maryland (1951 Edition).

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the rate of State taxation for the year Nineteen Hundred and
Fifty-Six (1956) is hereby fixed in the manner following, and the
taxes for each of the State loans herein specified to be used to pay
the installments of principal and interest thereon:
