Medical Care Programs subject to determi-

all or any portion of them are required in
excess of the requirements provided for
in the respective programs:

County Medical Care Program, for pay-
ments to physicians, dentists, phar-
macists, hospitals and nurses, for med-
ical care to indigent and/or medically

indigent persons for the Counties........          67,270

Baltimore City Medical Care Program, to
be made available for payments to
physicians, dentists, pharmacists, hos-
pitals and nurses for medical care
to indigent and/or medically in-
digent persons in Baltimore City ac-
cording to a plan approved by the
