the State or any member of any commission or board of the State
upon the specific request of a member of the General Assembly.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That no passenger motor vehicle
to be used by a State officer or employee, other than an elected
official, shall be purchased with funds appropriated by this act, the
net cost of which inclusive of trade-in-allowance, shall exceed $2,200.

surplus, emergency or other funds.

06.02.00.02 Insurance Protection

To supplement appropriations for the fiscal
year 1955 to take care of the increased needs
in the fiscal year 1955 where it was not pos-
sible to provide for this additional expense
currently because of the unavailability of
surplus, emergency or other funds.
General Fund Appropriation........................         18,300
